13. Functions, duties and powers of Executive Director:
(1) The functions, duties and powers of the Executive Director shall be asfollows:
(a) To implement, or cause to be implemented, the decisions and directions of the Council.
(b) To submit the long-term plans and annual programs and budget to the Council for approval.
(c) To cause to be implementing the long-term plans and annual programs of the Academy as approvedby the Council.
(d) To sanction the approved budget amount for the Training Center.
(2) The other functions, duties and powers of the ExecutiveDirector shall be as prescribed.
